These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the AI Income Accelerator program (“Program”) offered by Internet Youth Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

The AI Income Accelerator is a 90-day online program that includes live workshops, recorded content, community access, templates, a 1-1 strategy call, and post-program support. The program is delivered digitally through live video sessions, pre-recorded content, and a private WhatsApp community.

Enrolment & Payment

  • The Program is priced at ₹14,999 (inclusive of applicable taxes) for the Founding Cohort.
  • Payment is one-time and non-recurring. There are no hidden fees or upsells.
  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. A GST invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of payment.
  • Access to the program is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Intellectual Property

All program content — including but not limited to videos, playbooks, templates, scripts, and workshop recordings — is the intellectual property of Internet Youth Academy. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publish any program materials without written permission.

Participant Conduct

  • You agree to participate respectfully in all community spaces and live sessions.
  • Harassment, spam, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the program without refund.
  • You may not share your login credentials or program access with others.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: you can request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment, no questions asked. Requests after 7 days are not eligible.

The income figures mentioned on our website (e.g., ₹50,000/month) are based on the potential of the strategies taught. Individual results vary depending on effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific income or financial outcome. See our full Disclaimer.

Limitation of Liability

Internet Youth Academy is an educational company. We provide information, frameworks, and mentorship. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or business decisions you make based on the program content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
